Bizcocho de la Abuela

Ingredients:
  • 1 8 ounce lemon yogurt
  • 8 ounces corn oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/4 ounce packet dry yeast
Preparation:
Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside. In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients thoroughly. Add the egg whites to the mixture and pour into a Bundt cake mold. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes until ready.
